From first visit to final walk-through

    Visit and quote

    We come to see the space, listen to what you want and what you want to spend, and give you a clear quote in person.

    Drawings and permits

    We coordinate the drawings, engineering and permits, then build one schedule for every trade.

  3. 03

    Protect the house

    Floors are covered from the door to the work area, dust is contained and the site is cleaned at the end of every day.

  4. 04

    Updates as we go

    You get regular updates by phone or WhatsApp, and any surprise behind the walls is discussed with you before we decide anything.

  5. 05

    Final walk-through

    We walk the finished space together and take care of every touch-up you point out before we call the job done.
